For online purchases we offer a 14-day return policy for most products. Items must be in their original condition, unused, unaltered, unwashed, and with all packaging and tags intact.
Final sale items and items discounted at 30% or more cannot be returned or exchanged.

What is your policy for in-store purchases?
For in-store purchases we offer a 10-day return policy for most products with the original receipt. Items must be in their original condition, unused, unaltered, unwashed, and with all packaging and tags intact.
Without a receipt you will be offered an in-store merchandise credit for the lowest selling price of the item within the last 60 days. Items may be subject to prior approval before a refund is given. Store credit or an exchange will be the only option for sale items 30% off or higher.

How do I initiate a return online?
To start a return, refer to the email you received from your original order. Here, click on View Your Order > Request Return and fill out the reasons for your return. Once we have received your request, allow 24 hours for your request to be processed. You will then receive an email indicating if your request has been approved or denied with further instructions.

If the incorrect item arrived or if the items arrived damaged, you can initiate a return request and indicate if your item was incorrect.

In-store: Once a refund has been issued, processing typically takes 5-7 business days.
Online: Once our warehouse has received your returned item, processing then typically takes 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, or the exchanged item will be shipped promptly. Shipping costs are not refundable.

No. Shipping costs are at the expense of customers. Authorized refunds will not include the original shipping costs.

No. Once a gift card has been purchased (online or in-store), we cannot issue refunds.

Players World of Sports reserves the right to limit, deny, or ban customers from making returns if a customer consistently requests returns within a specified amount of time determined by Players World of Sports.
